Payments

Here’s everything you need to know about our payments process.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We’ve got you covered! You can pay using all major debit and credit cards - that’s VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, and American Express.

We also take PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

2. My Discount Code didn't work?

Oh no! Here’s what to check:

1. Make sure you’ve typed the code exactly as it appears — it’s case sensitive!
2. Check that the code is still valid and hasn’t expired.
3. Have a read of the T&Cs — some codes don’t work on sale items, certain categories, or specific products.

If you’ve checked all that and it’s still not working, don’t worry! Just contact us here with your discount code and we'll be able to advise you further and help get it sorted.
