Here’s everything you need to know about our personalised items.

1. I have made a mistake with my personalised order, can I amend it?

Once your order is placed, our team gets straight to packing and processing it, so unfortunately we can’t amend or cancel orders. Please double-check everything before hitting that final checkout button!

2. My product arrived incorrect/faulty?

Oh no! We always aim to deliver the highest quality products, so let’s get this sorted. Please contact us here with your order number and photos of the item and we will be happy to help.

3. How long will my personalised order take?

For personalised orders, it varies between items. Each item listing will show the estimate processing time between 5 and 15 working days. Once it’s on its way, delivery times are usually:

United Kingdom: 3-5 working days

Rest of the world: 10-14 working days

You’ll also get tracking details sent straight to your email as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can keep an eye on your goodies!
